Place the proximal pyramid variflex in between the two pyramid struts with the higher angled side towards the back of the ankle assembly.
Fasten the proximal pyramid variflex with two MC 93395A252_316 screws on each side.
Attach the variflex foot to the proximal pyramid variflex using two MC 96144A216 screws and two MC 90965A190 washers. Place the washers between the variflex foot and the screws.
Fasten the pyramid to the proximal base using six MC 93070A127 screws.
Place the proximal base on top of the ankle assembly with the slanted edge facing the front.
Fasten the proximal base to the top of the ankle assembly using all four MC 92855A408 screws.
